Refund Policy
This page applies when you subscribe to a paid plan online.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if you ask within 14 days of your first payment to SimItNow. We refund the full amount.
What about after that?
After 14 days, we do not refund the part of a period you have already paid for.
What does cancelling do?
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep your plan until then.
How do I ask for a refund?
Email info@simitnow.com from the address on your account. Include the email address of your order.
Where does the money go?
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.
