SimItNow is an OCPP simulator. These are the rules for using it.
What is SimItNow, and what is it not?
SimItNow is an OCPP simulator for testing EV charging software. It is not a production system, so do not depend on it for live charging. We do not promise any uptime.
What do I need to know about my account and API key?
Keep your API key secret. You are responsible for everything done with your key.
Which plans are there?
There are four plans: Free, Solo, Pro and Enterprise. Enterprise is priced by quote. The limits of each plan are the ones on the pricing page.
How does paying work?
When you subscribe online, Lemon Squeezy handles the payment. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record and sends you the receipt. Prices are in US dollars. You can pay monthly or yearly. See the Refund policy for refunds.
How do renewal and cancelling work?
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time from the subscription management page that Lemon Squeezy gives you. You can open it from your dashboard. After you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Then your account goes to Free.
What if a payment fails?
Lemon Squeezy tries the payment again for a while, and your plan continues during that time. If the payment still fails, your plan ends and your account goes to Free.
What happens when my account moves to Free?
We do not delete your stations or your data. You cannot add new stations above the Free limit. The lower daily message limit applies, so some of your stations may stop once that limit is reached.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Customers in Turkey can pay by bank transfer against an invoice. Email info@simitnow.com to ask for it. We set the limits for those plans. Everyone else pays online.
What counts as fair use?
Do not abuse the service. Do not use the simulator to attack systems that belong to other people. We may suspend accounts that do.
Is the service guaranteed?
No. We provide SimItNow as is, and we cannot promise that it will always work or be free of errors.
Can these terms change?
Yes. The version number at the top changes whenever the text does.
